• Rental details, such as the unit, facility, and lease terms you choose.
• Payment information, processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card or bank account number.
• Usage data such as pages visited and general device and browser information, collected automatically to keep the site working and secure.
• Messages you send through the chat assistant, the tenant portal, or text messages.

How We Use It

• To create and manage your rental, including billing, autopay, and account access.
• To send account and legal notices about your rental, including notices state law requires.
• To answer questions sent through chat, the portal, or text.
• To operate, secure, and improve this website.

AI Chat Assistant

The chat assistant on this site is powered by Anthropic's Claude. When you use it, the messages you type and basic facility and unit information are sent to Anthropic to generate a reply. Please don't type payment card numbers or other sensitive details into the chat. Chat conversations are kept for the period in our retention policy and then deleted.

Text Messages

If you agree to receive text messages, we send account messages to the number you give us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. We don't sell or share your number for marketing.

We share information only with the providers that run this service:

• Our email delivery provider
• Anthropic (chat assistant)

Data Retention

We keep rental, billing, and delinquency records while your account is active and afterward as accounting, legal, and lien-law recordkeeping require. Other records, such as chat logs and messages, are deleted on the schedule in our retention policy.

Your Privacy Rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, using the contact details below. Depending on the state you live in, you may have additional rights. Some records, such as ledger and lien-notice history, must be kept even after a deletion request because they are part of the legal record of your lease.

Cookies

We use only the cookies the site needs to work, such as keeping you signed in and remembering your progress through a rental. We do not use advertising cookies.
